Welcome to Jobbs. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, AI-powered matching algorithms, recruiter ATS portal, and candidate career services.

1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing job listings, posting employment vacancies, or using our AI-matching features, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Jobbs Inc.("Jobbs," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
2Account Registration & Responsibilities
You agree to provide authentic, accurate, and non-misleading information regarding your identity, employment history, certifications, and skills. Impersonation of other professionals or fraudulent resume submissions will result in immediate profile termination.
You represent that you are an authorized representative of a legitimate business entity. All job vacancies must represent bona fide employment opportunities complying with applicable labor, wage, and equal opportunity standards.
3Job Posting Rules & Trust Integrity
Jobbs maintains zero tolerance for predatory, misleading, or fraudulent hiring behaviors. Employers may NOT post:
- Listings requiring candidates to pay application fees, training fees, security deposits, or hardware purchases.
- Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or commission-only deceptive marketing schemes.
- Postings with discriminatory language based on gender, caste, religion, age, disability, or marital status.
- Ghost listings, spam vacancies, or positions designed solely for data scraping.
4AI Matching Engine Disclaimer
Jobbs utilizes proprietary vector embeddings and machine learning algorithms to compute similarity scores, recommend vacancies, and surface candidate profiles:
Advisory Matching: Match percentages (e.g., "95% Match") and fit breakdowns are algorithmic decision-support tools. They do not guarantee job placement, interview offers, or candidate performance.
Independent Evaluation: Employers remain solely responsible for reviewing candidate qualifications, conducting interviews, and verifying background credentials.
5Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Certain services on Jobbs (such as Featured Job Listings, Recruiter Subscriptions, and Premium Candidate Visibility) require paid credits:
- Billing: Fees are clearly stated prior to purchase and billed via authorized payment processors.
- Job Post Credits: Single job post credits and subscription allocations are consumed upon publication of an active job opening.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate activation of AI indexing and profile distribution, payments for posted listings and premium memberships are generally non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical billing errors.
6Intellectual Property Rights
All platform designs, logos, software code, vector ranking methodologies, and user interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Jobbs Inc. You retain ownership of your submitted resume text and company logos, granting Jobbs a non-exclusive license to display and index your content for matching and recruitment purposes.
7Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract candidate resumes or employer directories without explicit written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or harvest the mathematical vector database or proprietary matching algorithms.
- Send unsolicited commercial bulk spam via the in-platform messaging system.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise platform network security, API rate limits, or server infrastructure.
8Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS, INTERVIEW OUTCOMES, CANDIDATE CONDUCT, PLATFORM DOWNTIME, OR DATA TRANSMISSIONS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOBBS IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
9Account Termination & Legal Contact
You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard settings. Jobbs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
